A dog's age

 

Do you know how old your dog is if you calculate it to human-years? It's not so easy as I first thought. I've always heard you just can multiply the dog's age with 7, but it's not so easy. 
You have to use a difficult formula. I have to admit I don't understand the formula in Norwegian... I cannot even think of translate it to English...
