Winter

The winter in Norway is often both cold and long. The latest years we have seen changes in the climate. The winters in the nothern parts of Norway have given the inhabitant incredible much snow, while we in the eastern, southern and western parts have had winters with higher temperatures than normal and a lot of rain. We also have had snow in the eastern parts where I live, but the snow has came in the end of December or in January. The weather have been unstable with snow one day and rain the other day.
The winter are not the favorite season to people with fibromyalgia. We need a warm climate with much sun. The winter can bee long and difficult to me.

Anders and John loves to cross-country skiing during the weekends. They have to drive to places higher up in the landscape to find enough snow. Both Ida and Anders loves to sledge down a hill in our housing estate. The hill has lights and it's safe for the children!

The nature in Norway can be very beautiful in the winter. It's wonderful when it's snow on the trees and you can only just see the sun.
